wonderful and fantastic venue, fantastic location right by the central area as well as the centre of the old city next to many wine bars and restaurants. unique room, brand-new, with a huge bed and a ceiling-felt like a princess plus the garden view. variety of generous breakfast options.

Arriving to a room that looked nothing like the photos was disheartening. The noise from the street and other residents made it difficult to relax at night. The bathroom towels were thin and worn.

The room was spacious with a beautiful overhead shower. We were just a short walk from major attractions like the Ponte Vecchio and the Mercato Centrale, which we explored daily. The ambiance inside was charming, and the natural light coming through the courtyard window enhanced the whole experience. It was hard to leave our lovely room between sightseeing trips!

The room was labeled as beautiful but resembled a plain flat. The noise from the other tenants was unbearable, clearly no soundproofing. I really expected some sort of compensation for the inconveniences, but that didn't happen. This place just screams disappointment, though i'm sure some will be unimpressed by my high expectations.

I loved the excellent high ceilings and charming antique decor in my room, spacious and well-equipped with modern amenities. The location was perfect, within walking distance of many attractions.

No flexible shower head!!! Buzzing noise from air conditioning every minute!!! Upholstery could use a deep clean!!! The room could desperately benefit from fresh paint!!!

Beautiful classic old building

The room was amazing-so much better than the pictures! It was luxurious and clean. I loved the high frescoed ceilings and the huge double shuttered window giving a lovely view. The bed was king-size and super comfy, perfect for crashing after a day of exploring. Plus, the maid service was on point, with plenty of coffee pods for that morning espresso boost! Really enjoyed the vibes here.
